Wrecks are always exciting and interesting to dive around. In Muscat we have 2 small wrecks at Fahal Island, it is only possible to view these wrecks from the outside. The main wreck Al Munassir was a purpose sunk Navy ship, which is located further away in Bandar Khieran.
Due to the locations of the wrecks, wreck diving is only available from our Al Mouj dive centre (It is not possible to reach the wreck from the Barceló Mussanah Resort ).
Wreck dives are organised by special arrangement, as the whole group need to be suitably qualified and wish to go, so please contact us if you would like to do a wreck dive.
Trips to Al Munassir wreck meet at 8:15AM and return around 4PM
Trips to Fahal meet at 8:15 and return around 2:30PM
For diving at Al Munassir wreck there is a OMR 10 surcharge
