Boat Hire

Want to go sailing, but don’t own a boat? We have Bahia’s, Pico’s, Lasers, and Optimists available to rent. We will require some evidence of sailing ability before you rent a boat.

This can be via certificates from your home country (we request the Oman Sail Level 3, RYA level 2 or equivalent qualification), or we can do a quick assessment with you before we let you take the boat the first time.

No age limit, just previous experience required

Oman Sail Level 3 or equivalent. If you do not have a qualification, we can do a quick assessment for you.

  • All equipment needed including buoyancy aid.
  • Drinking water.

  • A refillable water bottle,
  • Towel,
  • Sunblock,
  • Hat,
  • Clothes that are comfy and can get wet (swim kit / shorts or leggings and t-shirt or rash vest are best to sail in)
  • Shoes you can get wet (and will not come off in the water)
  • A change of clothes for after.
